Exciting Spring Creek news!
We all know that the most exciting golf course in Central Virginia is Spring Creek. This gorgeous golf course has garnered national recognition from the beginning. Spring Creek has just been listed 58th in the 2013-2014 Golf Digest ranking of America’s 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses. This is a move up of 12 points from its 2011-2012 ranking of 70.
The other exciting piece of news from Spring Creek is the fact that progress is being made on the creation of a new clubhouse. The process has started for selecting an architect to design the clubhouse. It will be exciting to have a permanent clubhouse to go with this quality golf course.
Not only is Spring Creek a great place to play golf but it is also a wonderful neighborhood in which to live. There are resale hoomes on the market, but there are also several builders building new homes in the community and there are attached homes as well.
