Moving from another state, with very specific needs in a home/property I was so very lucky to find Pam. We spent many weekends looking at houses; Pam was always prompt, respectful, organized, and realistic about my options, price range, and requirements. Finding what I needed in my comfortable price range was not easy but Pam never get discouraged and in fact, she found the home I eventually purchased. Although I had missed the house in the property listings because it did not fit my criteria 100% Pam insisted we look at it, and her instincts were right on the money. I loved the house, acreage, and location immediately. Pam guided me through the negotiation/purchase/closing process smoothly since I was unfamiliar with the laws of my new state.
